One on One Assistance:
Our One on One Inclusion Support Program provides individualized support for campers who may benefit from additional assistance throughout their camp experience. This program is designed to create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment where every child can participate, build confidence, develop new skills, and enjoy camp at their own pace.
Campers are encouraged to remain with their group and participate in activities alongside their peers whenever this is appropriate and desired by the child and their family. The goal is to support inclusion rather than separation, while recognizing that every child’s needs may look different throughout the day.
If a camper needs to step away from the group for a break, additional support, sensory regulation, or any other reason, their dedicated One on One coach will accompany them and provide the support they need before helping them return to the group when they are ready.
Dedicated One on One support is available for children with a wide range of abilities and support needs, including physical, developmental, sensory, communication, and behavioural needs. Our team works closely with families to understand each camper’s individual needs, strengths, preferences, and goals so we can provide a positive and successful camp experience.
Our goal is simple: to make sure every child feels included, supported, and empowered to enjoy camp in a way that works best for them.

PD Day Camps
Ages: 4 to 12 years old
Join us for gymnastics camp this upcoming PD Day! Spend the day learning gymnastics and playing group games in the gym!
The morning will start with an introduction, a group warm up, and a stretch. The children will be divided into smaller groups of 8-10 based on their age; they will move with their group to different gymnastics events and begin learning new skills! We will have two 20 minute snack times at 10:30am and 2:00pm, and a 30 minute lunch break at 12:00pm. The camp will reassemble after each meal break for a big game in the gym!

At Kanata GymnoSphere the safety and well-being of our participants is our highest priority. We are committed to providing a safe, supportive, and supervised environment for all classes, camps, and activities. Our coaches and staff are trained to promote safe participation, respond appropriately to incidents, and take all injuries and concerns seriously.
Gymnastics and other physical activities offered at our facility are active sports that involve movement, balance, strength, and coordination. As with any physical activity, there is an inherent risk of injury, including minor bumps, bruises, strains, sprains, and, in rare cases, more serious injuries.
If an injury occurs, our staff will assess the situation and provide appropriate first aid or assistance as needed. For minor injuries that can be managed safely at the gym, staff may continue to monitor the participant and provide updates at pickup or through routine communication.
Parents or guardians will be contacted as soon as reasonably possible if an injury is considered serious, requires medical attention, involves a head injury or other significant concern, or otherwise requires immediate parental attention or decision-making.
By participating in activities at Kanata GymnoSphere participants and their parents/guardians acknowledge the inherent risks associated with active sports and understand that while every reasonable precaution is taken to promote safety, injuries may still occur.

9:00am – 4:00pm
Pre Care is not offered. Please DO NOT arrive before 8:45am
Post Care:
Complimentary post care if offered up until 4:15pm if needed.
Pickup between 4:20pm-5:00pm is subject to a $15 post care fee.
Photo ID is required upon pickup.

Gymnastics Ontario Fee:
Multiple camp days are subject to $50.00 Gymnastics Ontario Insurance and Administration Fee.

Advance Post Care registration
We ask that you please sign up for post care in advance. You will be able to register for this when you register for camp online, over the phone, or in person in advance of the camp day.
Waiver:
Prior to attending the camp, please fill out the waiver form online.
Medical Form
Prior to attending the camp, please fill out the general health form and bring it in on the day of camp.
Cancelations:
PD Days are non refundable. In case of cancelations, a credit will be placed on your account less a $35 administration penalty fee.

Drop off and pick up take place at the indicated time. (Drop off 9:00am, Pickup 4:00pm, No pre care)
