Tumbling

Intro to Tumbling

Girls and Boys

Ages 6+

1.5 hour per week

Are you a dancer or cheerleader who wants to put some WOW into your routines with some tumbling skills? This introductory class safely teaches basic acrobatic floor skills such as cartwheels, handstands, back and front walkovers, and roundoffs. Technique and form are also emphasized because we know you want to look good doing the skills too!

Advanced Tumbling

Girls and Boys

Ages 6+

1.5 hours per week

Often dancers or cheerleaders are expected to accomplish acrobatic or tumbling skills for their routines such as backhandsprings and aerials. What better way to learn and practice the more challenging skills than with the coaches of Kanata GymnoSphere! Flexibility and strength training are also incorporated to help safely master the skills with greater ease.

Parkour

Little Ninjas

5-6 year olds

1 hour

Mini Ninjas is the entry level to the all-new sport discipline inspired by gymnastics, martial arts, obstacle training, and freestyle movement. Class goals: Listening skills, confidence, trying new things, working through frustration, and manners. We do all this through a strategic mix of skills and progressions.

Parkour

7+

1.5 hours

Training includes balancing, vaulting, climbing, swinging, rolling, jumping onto, over and from heights. Parkour is an awesome workout and excellent training for any athletes of any age who want to master unique movements.

9+

2 hours

This is a coach recommended class. Training includes balancing, vaulting, climbing, swinging, rolling, jumping onto, over and from heights. Parkour is an awesome workout and excellent training for any athletes of any age who want to master unique movements.
