Payment Methods

An individual checklist has been prepared via our online portal. The payments required are outlined in each member’s checklist. All competitive fees are required to be paid directly on-line in our registration system called Amilia. Payment methods accepted by the online registration system are: Visa and MasterCard. We do not accept any other form of payment other than through Amilia.

Some fees are reoccurring monthly fees, while others are annual fees (GO, Program Fee, Annual Fees)

On the individual athlete payment checklists, sent to you, each of these payments are due on the indicated deadlines.

Very Important! Payments are required to be done EXACTLY on the date noted on the individual Checklist (i.e.: the monthly training fees are due on the 1st day of each month).

In the eventuality that a payment is not received by the indicated deadline, you will receive a notification from our administrative/management team requesting the situation to be rectified immediately. A penalty of $25 will be applied for each individual late payment.

If payments are not rectified immediately, the Club reserves the right to suspend the athlete for non-payment reason until the payment is reconciled.

To be noted: should training be missed due to non-payment, pro-rating will not be applied to the missed training period. In addition, prolonged non-payment may have a negative impact in the athlete’s competitive season.

Gymnastics Ontario Insurance Fee

Gymnastics Ontario Fee is $45 /Season and it is a registration fee required for each individual athlete for sports insurance for the respective Season (July 1 to June 30 of each year). This amount also includes an administration fee. To read more about the insurance coverage you may visit this link: http://www.gymnasticsontario.ca/insurance/

This fee is charged at the time of an athlete registration into the program and is valid for all registrations for the full 2023/2024 Season, without any pro-rating available. Athletes transferring from the recreational program or from other clubs into the competitive program are required to have the insurance fee up to date. This fee is non-refundable.

The competitive age is as noted by the GO regulations, considered as of December 31, 2024 for the 2023/2024 Season. The program fees are transferred directly, in full, to GO by the Club within the required timeframe, as noted by GO policies. This fee is non-refundable.

Training Fees are due on the 1st of each month and are reconciled on the 2nd of each month. If payment is not received by the 1st of each month, a $25 late fee will be applied and you will be emailed for account reconciliation. If the payment is not then received by the 3rd of each month, an additional $25 late fee will be applied.

Month Advance Payment
