Step 2: Click on the “register” button

Step 3: Find the desired session the type of class your are looking for (recreational, kinder gym or other programs)

Step 4. Review the schedule and the availability of spots in each class

Step 5: Once you have found a class that suits your schedule and has availability, let us know to participated in the chosen class by sending us an email at admin@kanatagymnastics.ca

TUMBLING

INTRO TO TUMBLING

6+ YEARS OLD

Are you a dancer or cheerleader who wants to put some WOW into your routines with some tumbling skills? This introductory class safely teaches basic acrobatic floor skills such as cartwheels, handstands, back and front walkovers, and roundoffs. Technique and form are also emphasized because we know you want to look good doing the skills too!

ADVANCED TUMBLING

6+ YEARS OLD

Often dancers or cheerleaders are expected to accomplish acrobatic or tumbling skills for their routines such as backhandsprings and aerials. What better way to learn and practice the more challenging skills than with the coaches of GymnoSphere! Flexibility and strength training are also incorporated to help safely master the skills with greater ease.

TUMBLING CLINIC

6+ YEARS OLD

The activities included will be a thorough warm up, worn on the spring floor, tumble track and trampoline. Participants will have the opportunity to work on specific skills and drills during the Specialty Clinics. Conditioning and fleibility work are also included to make a valuable training for athletes wishing to progress their tumbling to the next level. Athletes should have strong basics to attend.

PARKOUR

Training includes balancing, vaulting, climbing, swinging, rolling, jumping onto, over and from heights. Parkour is an awesome workout and excellent training for any athletes of any age who want to master unique movements.

PARKOUR (9+)

TRICKING FOR MARTIAL ARTS

Enhance your martial arts practice with flips and twists. With an increasing emphasis on spectacular spinning, jumping or flying kicks in martial arts routines what better place to practice than with the fantastic coaches at GymnoSphere!


TRAMPOLINE

JUNIOR JUMPERS

6-8 YEARS OLD

If you can’t stop your child from jumping then this class is for them! This introductory trampoline class will have them bouncing non stop in a safe and fun environment, using several different types of trampolines and ‘springy’ surfaces. The CanJump Step program will be followed.

TRAMPOLINE 9+

9+ YEARS OLD
5:1 ratio

130min 1.5 H / WEEK

Participants will progress through the CanJump levels of trampoline at an individual pace. No previous experience required. The program is rounded out with tumble trak, mini tramp and related conditioning work.
